摘　　要：迅速建立起新的青少年德育体系,是俄罗斯破解现阶段青少年道德水平下降、未成年人犯罪事件数量不断增多等社会负面现象的必要路径。立足俄罗斯社会发展及青少年德育体系建设的现实样态,有必要从确立价值基础、制定政策保障和强化基本方向等维度对此问题作以分析和探讨。Building a new youth moral education system is the necessary path to solve Russian social problems in the new era, such as youth moral levels drop, youthful offender. Based on the status of Russian social development and Russian youth moral education system, this paper studies the value basis, policy guarantee and the direction of moral education in order to explore the problem of Russian youth moral education system reconstruction.
