摘  要:目的了解南通市区高中生不良生活方式的现况及其对BMI的影响。方法对南通市区5所高中971人进行分层整群随机抽样问卷式调查数据进行分析。结果男生和女生的尝试吸烟率为41.85%和22.91%(P<0.001),47%的吸烟男生和29%的吸烟女生首次吸烟年龄≤7岁(P<0.001)。男生和女生的饮酒报告率为75.38%和62.54%(P<0.001)。26%的饮酒男生和22%的饮酒女生首次饮酒年龄≤7岁(P=0.549)。12%的男生和8.9%的女生过去12月中发生过醉酒(P=0.351)。11.48%的男生和6.91%的女生超重或肥胖,其与进食甜点、醉酒和大量吸烟不良生活方式有关(P<0.05)。结论本调查提示本市高中生饮酒率和吸烟率处于增长趋势,家长和校方需要加强对不良生活方式的监管,以减少肥胖等疾病的发生。Objective To investigate the current statue of unhealthy lifestyles among senior high school students in Nantong City and their influence to body mass index(BMI). Methods 971 students from 5 high schools were randomly selected to finish anonymous questionnaires, according to gender. BMI was calculated to figure out the ratio of overweight/obesity students. Chi-square test was conducted between groups and Logistic regression was done between unhealthy lifestyles and BMI. Results The report proportions of smoking were 41.85%(male) and 22.91%(female)(P=0.000). 47% smoking male students and 29% smoking female students smoked for the first time at the age under 7 years(P=0.000). The report proportions of drinking were 75.38%(male) and 62.54%(female)(P=0.000). 26% drinking male and 22% drinking female students drunk for the first time at the age under 7 years(P=0.549). 11.48% male and 6.91% female students were overweight/obesity and it related to gender, age, dessert, drunkenness and heavy smoking(P〈0.05). Conclusion This survey indicates that family and scholastic supervision to unhealthy lifestyles should be enhanced to reduce the occurrence of overweight and obesity.
