摘  要:采用响应面分析法优化金银花凉茶的浸提工艺条件,以金银花、菊花、夏枯草和鱼腥草为原料,绿原酸得率为指标.在单因素试验基础上,应用Box-Benhnken中心组合设计试验,对浸提工艺影响较大的料液比、浸提时间、浸提温度3个工艺参数进行优化.结果表明:金银花等原料的绿原酸水提工艺的最佳条件为不粉碎原料、固定金银花1g,菊花、夏枯草和鱼腥草质量比为2∶2∶1共1.5g,料液比为1∶32,浸提时间为71min,浸提温度为78℃,浸提2次,在该条件下验证绿原酸得率达到3.01%,接近于预测值3.04%.研究表明,优化得到的回归模型具有良好的预测能力.Response surface analysis (RSA) methodology was used to optimize the water extraction tech‐nology of honeysuckle herbal tea ,w hose raw materials included honeysuckle , chrysanthemum , sel f heal and Houttuynia cordata Thunb .Based on single‐factor experiments ,the effects of liquid‐to‐solid ratio ,ex‐traction time and extraction temperature on the yield of chlorogenic acid were explored with the Box‐Benhnken central composite design method .The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions for chlorogenic acid from the raw materials were non‐grinding raw materials ,fixing honeysuckle for 1g and weighing other raw materials with a ratio of 2∶2∶1 for 1.5 g ,liquid‐to‐solid ratio 1∶32 ,extraction time 71 min ,extraction temperature 78 ℃ ,and extraction pretreatment twice .Under the optimal extraction conditions ,the maximum extraction yield of chlorogenic acid was 3.01% ,which was close to the predicted value (3.04% ) .T herefore ,the established regression model has good prediction capability .
