摘　　要：经济社会的快速发展对人才培养提出了新的要求。文章结合我校能源化学工程专业的办学实际,从人才培养体系框架、人才培养体系、课程体系和教学改革等方面进行论述,以期对能源化学工程专业人才培养起到一定指导作用。With the rapid development of the economies, demand for talents and professional has been brought. In the study, we combine the practice of the Energy Chemical Engineering; discuss the cultivating modes of specialty construction on the aspects of the course system, location of cultivation aim, teaching reform.
