摘  要:为适应社会对畜产品加工人才的要求,学院全面改革了"畜产品加工学"实践教学的内容和方法,优化实践教学大纲,采用基础性实验、综合性实验、研究性实验、开放性实验、区域特色畜产品开发实验、企业实践等全新模式,对以往的实践课程进行全方位的改革,以取得良好的教学效果为目的,实现高职教育为地方经济发展培养适应生产、建设、管理、服务等一线需要的高等技术应用型人才的目标。In order to meet the social requirement of the talents who are skilled in animal products processing, an all-round teaching content and method reform of the course. Animal Products Processing, has been carried out by optimizing the practical teaching outline and using new mode by adopting basic experiments, comprehensive experiments, research experiments, open experiments, regional characteristic animal products developing experiment, and enterprise practice etc. The purpose is to achieve good teaching results, and to reach the goal of training practical talents with high-technology who can meet the need of the front-line production, construction, management and service for national and local economic development through higher vocational education.
