摘 要:采用流调中心抑郁量表(CES-D)、自我知觉问卷(SPPC)和一般疏离感量表(GAS)对某城市312名听障青少年进行问卷调查,以考察听障青少年的抑郁水平及其与疏离感、自我概念的关系。结果发现,听障青少年抑郁水平存在显著的年龄段差异,初中生的抑郁水平显著高于高中生;听障青少年抑郁与疏离感、自我概念均显著相关,疏离感直接影响听障青少年的抑郁水平,同时也通过自我概念间接影响其抑郁水平。本研究发现,自我概念在疏离感与抑郁之间起部分中介作用,即疏离感通过自我概念的中介作用影响听障青少年的抑郁,中介效应量为9.43%。This study,by using the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale( CES- D),the Self-Perception Profile for Children( SPPC) and the General Alienation Scale( GAS) to survey 312impaired-hearing participants,aims to explore the relationship between hearing-impaired adolescents' depression,alienation and self-concept. The results show the following: The hearing-impaired adolescents show a significant age difference in their depression,with the lower secondary school students showing a higher level of depression than the upper secondary school students; the hearing-impaired adolescents' depression is significantly correlated with their alienation and self-concept; their alienation has a direct effect on their depression,and through their self-concept,has an indirect effect on their depression. The authors conclude that hearing-impaired adolescents' self-concept partially mediates between their alienation and their depression,namely their alienation has a positive effect on their depression through their self-concept.
