摘　　要：文章通过对重庆市少年儿童图书馆读者满意度调查设计和实践过程的阐述,介绍调查对象界定、调查样本计算、抽样方法、抽样单元选择及调查工具设计等经验,并将研究设计的调查问卷与Lib QUAL+TM量表进行比较,最后指出研究的不足。Library, sampling compares This paper states the design and the practice of a reader satisfaction survey in Chongqing Children＇s introduces the experiences in how to determine the investigation objects, the sample size, the method and the sampling unit, and in how to design the investigation tool （questionnaire）. Then, it the LibQUAL＋^TM Sacle with the questionnaire and indicates the limitations of the research.
