传统美德在新中国的传承弘扬——兼谈道德的发展与建设

摘　　要：新中国成立后,中华传统美德进入了古为今用的传承弘扬阶段,得到了创造性的发展,成为中国特色社会主义道德文化的有机部分。这种发展主要表现在传统美德"忠""公""义""仁""和""诚"等方面。从传承弘扬的历史阶段看,它主要分改革开放前的自发、"潜隐"式发展与改革开放后的自觉、"彰显"式发展两个阶段。从传承弘扬的经验看,中华传统美德的传承弘扬应自觉以马克思主义为指导,始终立足建设中国特色社会主义与实现中华民族伟大复兴的实践,使其内涵不断"社会主义道德化",而且在科学技术与社会快速发展的今天,传承弘扬途径应多样化和现代化。After the founding of New China, Chinese traditional virtues have entered the stage of the inheritance and promotion making the past serve the present, thus having made creative development and become the important part of the socialist moral culture with Chinese characteristics. Its development finds full expression in such traditional virtues as loyalty, impartiality, righteousness, benevolence, harmony, honesty, etc. It can be divided into two historic stages： one is the spontaneous and latent type development before the reform and opening-up; the other is conscious and active type development after the reform and opening-up. In light of its experience, its inheritance and promotion should be consciously guided by Marxism, be always based on the socialist construction with Chinese characteristics and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, continuously carry forward the practice of socialist moralization. Besides, its ways of inheritance and promotion should be diversified and modernized in today＇s rapid development in science, technology and society.
