摘 要:随着知识经济时代的到来,胜任力模型成为人力资源管理领域中的热点问题之一,基于胜任力的培训体系也越来越受到关注。本文首先介绍了胜任力及胜任力模型的涵义,其次阐述了两大胜任力模型,并对胜任力模型的构建步骤做了说明。然后从传统培训体系的不足出发,提出了构建基于胜任力模型的培训体系的必要性。最后详细介绍了如何构建基于胜任力模型的员工培训体系。As the knowledge economy era comes, competency model has become one of the hot topics in the field of human resources management at present, and the competency-based training system has also been paid more and more attention. Firstly, this paper introduces the meaning of competency and competency model. Secondly,it elaborates the two recognized competency model currently, and describes the construction steps of competency model. Then to be against the defects of traditional training system. this paper proposes the necessity to construct the competency-based training system. Finally, it introduces how to build the staff training system based on competency model in detail.
