摘 要:本文从心理语言学视域下的知识表征、认知操控及其实践运作等方面,对通用型、特色型译才培养过程中师生所面临的目标任务和操作原则,分别进行了理论分析和实践探讨,并依此提出"单人"知识复合型翻译教师的培养是我国高校翻译师资培养的理想目标,通识性知识和通用型翻译能力的培养乃是我国高校本科阶段译才培养的基本目标,科技及特色学科知识和特色型翻译能力的培养是本科后期译才培养的附加目标。为此,遵守译才知识表征和认知操控能力培养和发展的理论原则和实践方法是非常必要的。This article discusses, from a psychological perspective, the objectives and operational principles in knowledge-representation formation, cognitive processing and practical operation in cul- tivating translation talents (as well as instructors) in general and specific fields. Three objectives are proposed as follows:cultivation of translation instructors with multi-disciplinary knowledge as an ideal objective ; cultivation of translation learners with knowledge and competence in general fields as a basic objective for university education;cultivation of scientific knowledge and translation compe- tence in specific fields as an additional objective. Thereupon it is necessary to follow the theoretical principles and practical methods as regards the cultivation of knowledge representation and cognitive processing in translation talents.
