摘  要:在科学技术快速发展、社会竞争日趋激烈的新形势下,传统封闭、半封闭式的研究生培养模式和机制,已经不能满足创新社会对高端人才素质和能力的需求。因而适时转变研究生教育教学理念和建立更为开放的不同主体利益共享的研究生培养机制,是势在必然。本文在通过基于协同创新理念、研究生跨学科知识共享机制影响因素和问题分析的基础上,提出了基于协同创新理念的研究生跨学科知识共享机制的构建思路。In the new situation of the rapid development of science and technology, social competi- tion is becoming increasingly fierce. The traditional training mode and mechanism of graduate students has been unable to meet the social demand for high-end talent quality and ability. There- fore, it is imperative to change the graduate education teaching idea and establish a more open post- graduate training mechanism sharing different subject interests. Basing on the analysis of collabora- tive innovation ideas, interdisciplinary and knowledge sharing mechanism, this paper puts forward an idea for establishing the interdisciplinary knowledge sharing mechanism based on the collaborative innovation ideas.
