摘  要:当前,随着区域经济增长方式的转变和产业结构的调整,努力实现产业和经济跨越提升,推进区域经济可持续发展,这些都需要大量的人才和技术支撑。而传统的人才培养模式已经不能胜任现在社会对人才的需求。结合行业、产业及专业特色,充分认识和把握社会资源和教育资源,依托政企校合作平台,深化应用型本科教育内涵,立足区域经济和重点产业,建立"教学-实践-科研-社会服务"四位一体的递进式人才培养模式。从专业建设、课程体系建设、师资队伍建设、项目化教学改革、深化实践性教学、工学结合教材建设、教学资源库建设、质量监控体系建设等多方面,探索新形势下应用型本科教育人才培养的新思路和新模式,并对应用型本科人才的培养提出了相应的措施和建议。With the transformation of economic growth mode and the adjustment of industrial structure,making efforts to increase the industry and economy leapfrogging and to promote the sustainable development of regional economy needs a lot of talents and technical support. However the traditional personnel training mode can't meet the demand for talent of the society now. The progressive training mode of four in one of"teaching-practice-scientific research-social services"is established,combined with characteristics of industry and professional,with fully understanding and grasp of the social and education resources,on the basis of the regional economy and industries and the enterprise-university-enterprise platform to deepen the connotation of applied undergraduate education. New ideas and mode of application-type undergraduate education and training of talents under the new situation are explored from the aspects of specialty construction,construction of curriculum system,development of the teacher staff,project based teaching reform,deepening the practical teaching,combination of textbook construction,construction of teaching-resource library,construction of quality control system,etc. The corresponding measures and suggestions of cultivating applied talents are put forward.
