摘　　要：职业素养是学生在将来从事工作的素质和能力。主要阐述了学生职业培养的必要性和职业培养的具体内容,并结合基础化学教学探讨了学生的安全意识、工程意识、自学能力、沟通表达能力和养成教育等职业素养的培养方法。Occupation accomplishment is the important quality and ability for students＇ future career. This paper talks about the necessity and contents of cultivating professional qualifications in details. Combining with the basic chemistry teaching,the article also probes into the methods to cultivate the students＇ occupation accomplishment such as the awareness of security and engineering along with the ability of self-study and communication.
