高校产学研办学传统实证研究——以承德石油高等专科学校为例

摘　　要：承德石油高等专科学校是一所具有百年产学研办学传统的工科院校。从1903年北洋工艺学堂首任总办周学熙的"工学并举"、"工艺非学不兴,学非工艺不显"到1926—1936年期间校长魏元光的"开门办学"、"既习其理,又习其器"、"教育与工业相助相长"、"学做统一";从上世纪五十年代学校的教学、生产、科研及培养目标全方位服务新中国的石油工业到今天学校成为全国产学研合作教育试点单位,其办学理念和实践是我国高校产学研合作教育的一个成功范例。Chengde Petroleum College is a college of science and engineering that has 100 years running school tradition through cooperation in production,study and research. At first,the first chancellor of Peiyang Technological School,Zhou Xuexi,called for that education should combine theoretical teaching with practical training in 1903. He stressed that technology that does not rely on education cannot thrive,and education that does not implement on technology can not show its teaching results. From 1926 to 1936,the chancellor Wei Yuanguang advocated the idea of open-door education. He said that student should not only learn theory,but also learn to solve problems with the theory. At the same time,he emphasized the importance of mutual promotion and development between education and technology. Since 1950 s,both teaching,production and research and talent cultivation in Chengde Petroleum College have been designed to serve the petroleum industry of new China wholeheartedly. Nowadays it has become a national experimental college of cooperation in production,study and research. Its concept and practice of running school are a successful example of running school through cooperation in production,study and research in higher education.
