摘　　要：以工会领导下的服装服饰协会为社区教育的实践基地,以会员作为社区教育对象开展的服装设计与制作培训为切入点,通过"三个一体化"学习模式和微课程在线学习资源在培训过程中应用的实践研究,归纳社区居民学习的影响要素,总结提升出社区教育技能培训的教学模式和教学策略,让开放大学社区教育工作更加贴近百姓生活,为提升社区居民的幸福力而助力。Under the leadership of the trade union,the Clothing Association,as a community education practice base,takes its members as an object of community education and the fashion design and production of training as a starting point.Through the practical research on the aspects of＂three integrations＂learning pattern and micro courses online learning resource applied in the teaching process,the study summarizes and enhances the teaching model and teaching strategies of skills training for community education,which makes the community education in the open university be closer to people＇s life and helps to raise the happiness index of the community people.
