商业健身俱乐部不同人群顾客教育感知研究——以武汉市部分商业健身俱乐部为例

摘  要:采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等研究方法,以武汉市商业健身俱乐部为例对顾客教育现状进行问卷调查并进行定量研究。研究发现:年龄越低的人群,顾客教育感知人数比例越低;大专及以上教育程度的顾客教育感知人数比例明显低于中专及以下人群;较高社会地位顾客人群教育感知人数比例低于待业和其他人群;收入水平越高的顾客人群,顾客教育感知人数比例越低;加入商业健身俱乐部未满以1个月和1~3个月的顾客,顾客教育感知人数比例最高;聘请私人教练顾客人群的顾客教育感知人数比例为93.3%;以较为具体健身目的的人群如增强肌肉和减少脂肪等顾客人群的顾客教育感知人数比例偏低;健身技术较为简单的健身项目如健身操、搏击操、球操和动感单车等运动项目,顾客教育感知人数比例较高;顾客教育感知程度较高的人群,离开商业健身俱乐部的可能性也会较低。This paper,through methods of questionnaires,interviews and surveys,taking commercial fitness clubs in Wuhan city as an example,studies on the present situation of customer eduation perception.The results show that: The lower the age,the lower the proportion of customers education perception,the proportion of customer education perception of people with junior college or above education degree is significantly lower than that of people with secondary school or below education degree; the proportion of customer education perception of people with high social status is lower than that of the unemployment and the rest of people; The higher the income level of customer groups,the lower the proportion of customer education perception;customer joined the commercial fitness club 1 ~ 3 months and under 1 month,has the highest proportion of customer education perception; the proportion of education perception of customers who hire a personal trainer is 93.3%; the proportion of education perception of customers with a more specific fitness goals such as strengthening the muscles and reducing fat is low; the higher degree of customer education perception people,the lower possibility of leaving the commercial fitness club.
