摘　　要：高校的礼仪课,在中国发展的"新常态"和"大众创业,万众创新"的新环境下,应该赋予新的内容,尽可能地与社会接轨,让学生提前具备相应的职业素养。社会培训的一些方法在当前可以有效的提升高校礼仪课堂教学效果,在提升素养的同时,提前感受社会职业状态。As the etiquette lesson, with the development of ＂New Normal＂in China, it should be given new content, keep pace with the development of social as much as possible. Provide the appropriate professional accomplishment to the students in advance. Some methods of social training can effectively improve the teaching effect of the teaching effect of the college etiquette.
