摘 要:目前的椭圆轮廓数控铣削宏程序编制,通常只考虑一个坐标平面内的椭圆轮廓。而且只实现精加工,而无法完成整个立方体毛坯到椭球体的去余量加工,存在很大的局限性。椭球体三个坐标平面投影均为椭圆,粗加工不但要在高度方向分层切削,在每层切削时,在切削平面上也要按步距多次切削完成自动去余量加工。在高度方向用等角度法直线逼近椭圆,每逼近到一个高度,再在垂直于高度方向上沿椭圆轮廓切削,用宏程序嵌套编程来实现。具体给出椭球体编程时的数学模型和宏程序设计。可以有效解决复杂形状零件宏程序手工编程时的自动去余量加工难题。The current macro programming of CNC milling usually only considers elliptical contour for one coordinate plane.And it only achieves finishing,but is unable to complete the processing from the whole cube blank to ellipsoid,so there are big limitations. The projection to three coordinate plane of ellipsoid is ellipse,Its rough machining not only needs stratified cutting in height direction,in cutting of each layer,needs the multiple cutting step by step in cutting plane to removal of the allowance automatically. It can use the perspective linear to close to the ellipse in the height direction,at each height of an approximation,it can cut along the ellipse contour in the direction perpendicular to the height,and they can be achieved by nested programming of the macro program. The mathematics model and macro designing of programming to ellipsoid are given.This method can effectively solve the problem of removal of the allowance automatically when using manual programming of macro program to process the complex shape parts.
