摘  要:分析生物工程专业人才需求的现状与发展前景,构建以社会需求为导向,以"全员育人,全过程育人,全方位育人"的育人理念,以CDIO工程教育理念为指导思想,实践课程体系为载体,以能力培养为主线,构建"创新型教育理念—研究型理论教学—创业型实践教学—特色型培养人才"四位一体的人才培养模式实验区,制定与之相应的专业教学计划、课程教学大纲、实验和实践教学大纲.构建的人才培养实验区取得了良好的教学效果.The present situation and development potential of talent requirement of bioengineering spe- cialty are analyzed. The project research and ability training combined innovation practice teaching mode with social requirement are taken as the direction," All the people, the whole process of educating, all-round education" education philosophy are presented.Taking the CDIO engineering education concept as the guid- ing ideology, practice curriculum system as the carrier, and capability training as the principal thread, con- structing experim entation are of "innovatlve education, research teaching theory, entrepreneurial practice teaching and special training" four integrated talent training the corresponding teaching plans, course sylla- bus,experiments and practice teaching outline are designed. Experimentation area has obtained the good teaching effect in the construction of training talents.
