摘  要:目的了解和分析影响急诊科实习护生学习适应性的因素,并提出相应的对策。方法采用自行设计的急诊科实习护生学习适应性调查表对200名急诊科实习护生进行调查。结果影响急诊科实习护生学习适应性的前6位因素依次是:急诊科工作性质、急诊科环境、患者病情、实习时间、带教老师授课方式、专业认同感及与患者及其家属的沟通。结论加强护生对急诊科的认识和技能培训;培养护生沟通技巧,增强护生法律意识;增加实习时间,改进带教方法及提升带教老师素质;培养护生对护理专业的认同感,对促进急诊科实习护生学习适应性具有积极的作用。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of learning adaptability of nursing student in the emergency department and come up with relevant countermeasures. Methods Two hundred nursing student in the emergency department participated in the survey. A self-designed questionnaire on their learning adaptability and the results were analyzed. Result The job category, work environment, disease of the patients, internship time, teaching method and the professional identification were the top six factors influencing their learning adaptability situation. Conclusion Such measures as strengthening the orientation of student nurses, cultivating their observation ability and communication skills, enhancing the consciousness about law, increasing practice time appropriately, improving teaching methods and ability, and strengthening sense of identity can guarantee effective internship and adaptability of the nursing student in emergency department.
