综合素质指标体系融入专业人才培养全过程的研究

摘　　要：当今企业对学生的综合素质要求已经超过了对知识、能力的要求。本文研究了学校、专业群、专业3级综合素质指标体系,提出了电子信息工程技术专业的综合素质指标体系,并把该指标体系融入到该专业的人才培养方案中。基于人才培养全过程来做顶层设计。实践表明,本研究成果对于本专业高职学生的综合素质养成有一定的促进作用。Current enterprises＇ requirements for the comprehensive quality of students are more than those for their knowledge,ability. This paper researches the 3- level index system of comprehensive quality of college,specialty group,specialty,proposes the index system of comprehensive quality of the specialty of electronic information engineering technology,and integrates the index system into the personnel training mode of the specialty. The top- level designshould be based on the whole process of personnel training. The practice shows that the result of the research will have a positive effect in the cultivation of comprehensive quality of vocational college students of the specialty.
