对成立汽车学院服务区域经济的思考

摘　　要：当前一些地区正极力推进汽车产业,建设综合功能区,发展区域经济。对此,本文针对服务于集中集群集约化的汽车为主导产业的区域经济,深入开展技术技能型人才培养、培训,提出成立汽车学院,并分析和研究学院的设立、运作、管理等主要问题;并设计出了在成都经济技术开发区成立汽车学院的初步方案;同时,对如何实现学校教学资源与企业培训资源的优化配置,形成校企合作办学,促进区域内职业教育的科学发展,使社会效益最大化等问题进行了思考。Nowadays,some districts are strongly promoting the automobile industry,establishing integrated functional areas and developing the regional economy. Being aimed at the problems of how to train skilled professionals for the centralized regional economy with the automobile industry in the lead,the establishment of an automobile college isproposed. This paper analyzes the major problems such as establishment,operation and management by CAP,designs the initial program of establishing an automobile college in Chengdu economic and technological development zone,and discusses the problems of how to realize the optimization of the teaching resources of CAP and of the training resources of enterprises,how to form college- enterprise cooperation,how to promote scientific development of regional vocational education,and how to maximize social benefit.
