摘 要:采用特尔斐法,在进一步确定了体育教育专业学生应具备的实践教学能力的构成因素基础上,以"建构主义学习理论"和"学习迁移理论"等理论为支撑,构建了体育教育专业学生实践教学能力的培养模式。该模式以综合课程为平台,在校内的模拟教学环境中,贯穿于学生全程在校期间,理论教学和实践教学相结合,改变了学生在校期间教学实践不足的状况;为学生从高校走向体育教师岗位筑建一条捷径,为高校体育教育专业学生实践教学能力的培养提出了参考思路。The course mode to foster the teaching abilities for college students in physical education is proposed based on "Constructivism learning Theory" and "learning transfer Theory" based on the practical teaching abilities by Delphi method. The comprehensive course is a platform in the period of college for students by integrating theory teaching and practical teaching with the shortage of teaching experience and practices in college period, and a shortcut bridge between the roles of student and instructors with the suggestion as a reference for the teaching abilities of college students in Physical Education.
