摘  要:小学教育学是地方高校小学教育专业全科师范生必修的教育课程。从山区乡村小学全科教师培养目标出发,探讨小学教育学的教学目标、内容和方法,意在培养师范生未来当好山区乡村小学全科教师应具备的师德、教育教学知识与能力,为培养"下得去、留得住、教得好"的山区乡村小学全科教师发挥积极作用,并鼓励师范生努力成为未来的"最美乡村教师"。Elementary education is a compulsory course for the all -subject undergraduates who major in elementary education in local universities and colleges .Aiming at improving their professional ethics , knowledge and competence , this paper explores into the teaching objectives , contents and methods of the course , with the hope that this course can play an active role in training qualified -for-all-subjects teachers who can “go, stay and teach well” in rural primary schools in mountain areas , and in motivating the students to get fully prepared for becoming “most beautiful village teacher” in the future .
