摘  要:论文认为基础教育领域的应试教育多年来不得人心却又大行其道,其制度性根源在高等教育,现有高等教育资源配置制度不合理、人才选拔制度不完善、人才培养及考评制度不科学以及高校扩招制度的影响,合力形成了难以消除的应试教育顽疾。因此,实施高校有差别的人才培养目标,推进高校素质教育并严把人才出口关,积极探索高校招考制度改革是解决问题的关键所在。The examination-oriented education in the field of basic education has made great strides for many years while it has not enjoyed popular support, which is systematically rooted in higher education. The present unreasonable re- source allocation system of higher education, the unscientific personnel training and appraisal system and the influence of university enrollment system work together to cause the intractable problem of examination-oriented education. Therefore, to implement the training targets for different talents in colleges and universities, promote quality education, strictly control the export of talents and explore the reform of the college entrance examination and enrollment system is the key to solving the problem.
