基于学生满意度的本科人才培养质量实证分析

摘　　要：基于学生满意度的视角,本文从专业设置、课程设置、教师素质和教学管理等方面设计本科人才培养质量调查问卷表进行问卷调查,借助于统计软件SPSS20.0,对影响高等院校本科人才培养质量的主要影响因素进行主成分分析,并利用主成分建立本科人才培养体系满意度的回归模型,最后根据实证分析结果提出基于学生满意度的高等院校本科人才培养体系的政策性建议。Based on the students＇ satisfaction, this paper gave the talent training quality survey questionnaire from professional setting, curriculum design, teacher quality, and teaching management, and with the SPSS20.0, it gave the principal component analysis for the main influencing factor of the undergraduate training quality of the in- stitutions. Then the regression model for the satisfaction of the undergraduate cultivation system was established. Fi- nally it put forward the policy suggestions for the cultivation system of the institutions based on the students＇ satlsfac-tion.
