基于福建发展特色现代农业的农林教育探究

摘　　要：现代农业是广泛使用现代科学技术和科学管理方法的社会化农业。福建发展特色现代农业,振兴农村经济,实现城乡一体化,既需要从事农业生产的普通劳动者,又需要农业的经营者、管理者,更渴求农业科技人才,能开拓创新的高层次人才。根据福建农业人才现状和发展特色现代农业对人才多样性、专业化的要求。在对农林院校现状分析的基础上,提出福建农林院校人才培养和教育、教学改革思考。Modern agriculture is the socially agriculture that uses modem science technology and science management. In order to develop distinctive modem agriculture in Fujian, establish new business, improve the quality of farmers and revitalize rural economy, not only ordinary farmers, but also agricultural operators and managers are needed. It is also hungry for agricultural science and tech- nology talents and high-level innovative personnel. Based on the study of talents demand during the process of distinctive modem agricultural development in Fujian, the paper makes a claim for the diversity and specialization of talent cultivation and provides strong evidences for higher agricultural and forestry education and teaching reform.
