摘 要:分析了聚合物骨架混凝土"骨料+节点+空隙"的结构特征。通过调整骨料级配,研究聚合物骨架混凝土的孔隙率,分析了孔隙率对聚合物骨架混凝土力学性能的影响。然后,研究了骨料类型的影响。研究和实践表明,在骨料最大粒径小于13.2 mm的情况下,骨料级配对聚合物骨架混凝土的性能影响不大,不是聚合物骨架混凝土性能的关键控制因素。选用4.75~9.5 mm的单级配破碎卵石、玄武岩碎石等硬质骨料,完全满足聚合物骨架混凝土在路面工程应用中对骨料的要求。The structural features of"aggregates + nodes + voids"of polymer lattice porous concrete was analyzed. The porosity of polymer lattice porous concrete was studied by adjusting aggregate gradation. Influence of porosity on mechanical properties of polymer lattice porous concrete was investigated. After that,the influence of aggregate types was investigated. It is found that the aggregate gradation has little effect on mechanical properties of polymer lattice porous concrete,and it is not a key factor to influence the properties when the maximum size of aggregate is less than 13. 2 mm. It fully satisfies the aggregate requirements for polymer lattice porous concrete application in pavement engineering to select the hard aggregate with the single gradation 4. 75 ~ 9. 5 mm,such as the broken cobble-stone or basalt.
