浅议终身教育理念下电大成人教育的转型

摘　　要：广播电视大学的特点和优势决定了其在构建学习型社会终身教育体系中的重要作用和基础地位。基层电大教育走学历教育和非学历教育并重、办学与服务并举、市场开发与内涵建设并行的转型之路,使成人教育走进企业、走进社区,为构建有中国特色学习型社会的终身教育体系作出贡献。The characteristics and advantages of a Radio and TV University determine their important role and position in the construction of lifelong education system in a learning- based society.TV education at basic level should pay attention to academic education and non- academic education,provide learning and services simultaneously and make market development and connotation construction to turn adult education into business, and community so as to make its contribution to the construction of the life- long education of a learning society with Chinese characteristics.
