摘　　要：随着现代教育制度的不断完善和发展,单招学生在高职院校中所占比例日益加大,以江苏建筑职业技术学院为例,通过调查问卷,分析了该校不同生源学生的学习状态与管理状态.在介绍优势视角理论内涵的基础上,阐述了优势视角理论在高职单招学生日常教育中的应用.With continued improvement and development of modern education system, propor- tion of students through independent enrollment in higher vocational colleges is increasing. Tak- ing Jiangsu Jianzhu Institute as an example, this paper analyzes learning and managing state of students through different enrollment with questionnaire. Based on introduction of connotation of strength perspective theory, this paper expounds the application of strength perspective theory in daily education for higher vocational students through independent enrollment.
