建教合作对机电一体化专业人才培养模式的启示

摘　　要：台湾的建教结合模式既紧密结合了当今社会对人才要求的大趋势,又切合实际,可操作性强,而机电一体化专业在合作培养学生、产品协作加工、企业职工培训、技术服务等方面具有天然的技术优势,能够不断加强与扩大与企业的合作、交流,逐步形成稳定、长效、密切的学校教育与企业需求的联动机制。Mode of teaching cooperation in Taiwan both closely combines the major trends in today’s social requirement for talents and practical, and it has strong operability. Major in mechanical and electrical integration has natural technology advantage on Cultivating students’ cooperation,product collaborative processing, enterprisestaffstraining and technical service. It can continuously strengthen and expand the cooperation and exchanges with enterprises, then form a stable,long-term, close linkage mechanism of school education and needs of enterprise gradually.
