摘  要:为了评价加热型密封胶的路用性能,分析密封胶施工过程中黏度-温度特征,采用布氏黏度仪,以50%扭矩为黏度的代表值,测试了9种加热型密封胶在160~200℃区间的黏度,并根据黏度-温度试验结果分析了它们的黏流活化能。结果表明,进口密封胶在推荐施工温度的黏度是合适的,而部分国产密封胶在190℃时的黏度过大,容易影响界面黏结能力,从而影响密封胶的路用性能。由于不同密封胶的组分配比存在较大差异,不同密封胶的黏度随温度变化的敏感性存在显著的不同。对于黏流活化能小的材料,黏度对温度的变化更为敏感,施工时更需要注意控制合理的施工温度。根据试验结果,提出了加热型密封胶的施工性能指标。In order to evaluate the field performance of hot-applied sealant and analyze the viscosity- temperature characteristics of the sealant in construction process, taking 50% torque to represent the viscosity values of 9 kinds of hot-applied sealants in the range of 160 -200 ~C are tested by Brookfield viscometer, and their viscous flow activation energy are analyzed according to the viscosity-temperature test result. The result shows that ( 1 ) the viscosity of imported sealant at the recommended application temperature is appropriate, however, the viscosities of some domestic sealant at 190 ℃ are too large, which are easy to influence the interface bonding capacity and affect the sealant field performance; (2) since different sealant has different components and proportions, the viscous sensitivities of different sealants varying with temperature are different remarkably; (3) the viscosity of the sealant which has smaller flow activation energy is more sensitive to the temperature change, and it should be pay more attention to control the construction temperature. According to the test result, the field performance index of hot-applied sealant is proposed.
