摘  要:[目的]了解护生对护理临床带教老师素质能力期望与实际情况的差距,为有针对性地加强护理临床带教老师队伍建设提供参考依据。[方法]采用自行设计的调查问卷,从职业价值观与职业素质、带教态度、临床实践能力、临床教学能力、教学组织管理能力5个维度共40个条目进行"期望评价"与"现实状况两方面评价",并进行二者之间的差异分析。[结果]反映护理临床带教老师素质能力的各维度、各条目期望值与现状值之间均存在不同程度的差异空间,其中护理临床实践能力的期望与现状均最高,与实际差距最小;临床教学实践能力与教学组织管理能力期望与实际差异最大;职业价值观与职业素质与实际差异居中;带教态度期望较高,与实际差异较小。[结论]当前护理临床带教老师所具有的素质能力与护生的要求存在一定的差距,其所具有的素质能力滞后于护生对她们的期望,应根据差异的不同与大小采取具体的管理与培养措施加以改善。Obj ective:To know about the gap between actual situation and the expectation of nursing students to nursing clinical teachers’quality and ability,so as to provide the references for strengthening the construction of nursing clinical teaching teacher team in target.Methods:The self designed questionnaire was adopted for “ex-pect evaluation”and “reality”two aspects of evaluation from the five dimensions including professional values and professional quality,teaching attitude,clinical practical ability,clinical teaching ability,teaching organization and management ability totally 40 items and to analyze the differences between them.Results:There were dif-ferent levels of differences space in all dimensions and all items reflecting the nursing clinical teaching teachers’ quality and ability between expectation value and the status quo.The difference was the biggest between expec-tation and the status quo of clinical nursing practice ability and teaching organization and management capacity. The difference between the expectation and practice of professional values and professional quality was in inter-mediate level;the expectation of teaching attitude was higher and the difference was less with tha status quo of teaching attitude.Conclusion:There is a gap between the quality and ability which the current nursing clinical teachers have and that nursing students required.Their quality and ability lag behind the expectation of students,and the concrete measures for training of management should be taken based on the differences and size of differences.
