内科住院医师规范化培训结业临床技能考核分析

摘　　要：目的分析和总结内科住院医师临床技能考核结果,探讨内科临床技能考核模式。方法分析北京市内科住院医师临床技能考核总体和各单项通过情况,比较不同学历考核通过情况。结果 2011～2013年临床技能考核通过率81.0%,接诊患者通过率（82.0%）低于辅助检查通过率（97.0%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究生学历总体通过率和接诊患者通过率均高于本科学历,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论内科住院医师临床基本功较差,临床思维能力有待提高。内科临床技能考核需要改进站点数量和内容才能全面测试住院医师的岗位胜任力。Objective To analyze and summarize the results of clinical skill test of internal medicine residents,and discuss clinical skill examination mode of internal medicine.Methods Analyzed overall and single pass rate of clinical skill test,compared the pass rate with different degree.Results Overall pass rate of clinical skill test was 81% from 2011 to 2013,the pass rate of accepting patients（82%） was significantly lower than auxiliary examination（97%）,reached statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Pass rate of overall and accepting patients for postgraduate degree were higher than those of undergraduate education,and reached statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical basic skills of internal medicine residents are still poor,clinical intellection need to be improved.The quantity and content ofsites of internal medicine clinical skill test should be improved to test competency of residents.
