摘　　要：对转炉炉衬溅渣层的结合机理和侵蚀机理进行了深入研究,并分析了对影响溅渣的各种工艺因素。通过对转炉渣系的分析,调整溅渣护炉的工艺参数,优化溅渣护炉的工艺条件,达到了质量和成本最优的目标。In - depth study is made for the combination mechanism and the erosion mechanism of the slag splashing layer of enee of various process the converter lining, at the same time detailed analysis is finished of the influ- factors on slag splashing. Through the analysis of converter slag system, the target of quality and cost optimization has achieved by adjusting the process parameters of slag splas- hing and optimizing the process conditions of converter protection by slag splashing
