医学社会学背景下的南京的临终关怀现状

摘　　要：当前中国已逐渐步入快速老龄化的时代，新的医疗改革也面临着新的调整，尤其是对临终人群的人文关怀。但临终关怀事业在我国起步较晚，面临着一系列的问题，基于这一背景，本文将立足于医学社会学视角，通过文献研究、问卷法、人类学的田野参与观察法、访谈法，从中西方的传统认知、孝道理念、医疗政策、NGO与志愿者的角色、权利义务等角度探析南京临终关怀事业的进程与前景。the current China has gradually entered a period of rapid aging, new health reform is faced with new adjustment, especially to the humanistic care of dying people.But hospice care starts late in China, and is facing a series of problems. Based on this background, this article will base on the medical sociology Angle of view, through literature research, questionnaire method, anthropological fieldwork observation method, interview method, to discuss nanjing hospice care progress and prospect from the western tradition cognition, idea of filial piety, health policy, the role ofngos and the volunteers and the rights and obligations.
