摘　　要：教学督导工作制度是高校内部教学质量保障体系的重要组成部分。本文结合笔者所在高校开展教学督导工作的实际,论述了教学督导工作的定位;阐述了教学督导工作的内容与方法;从强化高校教学督导的地位和作用是高校教学质量保障的必然要求,完善教学督导的保障机制,加强对教学督导工作理论与实践的研究等三方面提出加强和深化高校督导工作的建议。The system of teaching supervision is an important part of teaching quality guarantee system within higher colleges.In combination with the actual development of teaching supervision work of higher colleges,this paper discusses the positioning of the teaching supervision; expounds the content and method of teaching supervision work; putting forward to strengthen and deepen the supervision suggestions from three aspects of the inevitable demand of strengthening the status and role of teaching supervision in college teaching quality assurance,perfecting the guarantee mechanism of teaching supervision in higher colleges and strengthening the research on the theory and practice of teaching supervision work etc.
