摘　　要：将导师负责制引入体育院校运动人体科学专业本科生培养中,通过对学生思想品德、专业学习、科研能力等方面的个体培养与指导,使学生的个性受到最大关注,最大限度落实因材施教的教育理念,有利于运动人体科学专业人才培养质量的提升。以哈尔滨体育学院为个案研究对象,对运动人体科学专业生师适配关系和学校科研条件等软硬件进行分析,运动人体科学专业符合导师负责制的实施条件。但在落实中还需解决好新教育模式下师生角色定位,以及各项保障、激励、制约制度不健全等问题。To introduce supervisor responsibility system into the training of undergraduates of sports human science in sports colleges and universities and to concern the character of students with the training of ideology and morality,major studying and research ability,and to realize students grouping of individualized quality education and improve the quality of undergraduates of sports human science,by taking undergraduates of Harbin institute of physical education as study object,the research analyzed the multi- conditions of HIPE and resulted with the institute accords with conditions of the system. However,there are still problems to solve such as role transformation in the new education,and imperfect of guarantee system,motivation system and restriction system.
