摘 要:目的建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)测定大米中镉含量的分析方法。方法用微波消解法消化样品,微波消解前后用加热方式进行样品的预消化及赶酸处理,ICP—OES法测定。结果样品消解完全。镉浓度在O~5.0mg/L范围内线性好,r=0.9999,方法的检出限为0.02mg/kg。三个浓度水平下的相对标准偏差(磷、D)为0.42%--2.32%,回收率在86.0%~108.3%之间,结果符合检测方法确认的技术要求。结论ICP—OES简便、灵敏度高,准确度和精密度好,可用于大米中镉含量的测定。Objective To develop a method for rapid determination of cadmium in rice by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP- OES). Methods The samples were digested by microwave digestion, and then measured by ICP - OES. Results The samples were digested completely. ~ linearity was obtained in a range of 0 - 5.0 mg/L, with the correlation coefficient of 0. 9999. The limit of detection (LOD) was 0.02 mg/kg. The recoveries were found in the ranges of 86.0% - 108.3% at the 3 levels of concentrations, with the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 0.42% - 2.32%. The deter- mination results accorded with the technical requirements of the test method. Conclusions The inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP- OES) is convenient, sensitive, accurate, precise and available to determine the cadmium in rice.
