摘　　要：以行业和企业技术发展的进程为标准,以实际需求为依据,建设有针对性的专业实训基地,提高学生的实践动手能力,是实现职业教育培养目标的重要前提和依据。就建设实训基地模式,从产权关系、企业积极性、社会服务能力、校企文化对接等方面进行分析。With the development of industry and enterprise tech- nology advancement as standard and the actual demand as the basis, the professional training base was constructed to improve student practical ability, which was an important premise and basis to realize the training goal of occupation education. In this paper, it was analyzed on practice base construction pattern, the property fight relation, the enthusiasm of enterprises, social service ability, enterprise culture and other aspects.
