摘  要:通过建立D-半乳糖诱导的衰老小鼠模型,研究松仁蛋白对衰老小鼠的抗氧化作用。随机将SPF级雄性小鼠60只分为正常对照组(12只)和模型组(48只)。模型组致衰后,按照小鼠体内MDA水平分成4组,各组灌胃不同剂量松仁蛋白。测定各组小鼠血清、肝及肾组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)、总超氧化歧化酶(SOD)等指标的变化。发现松仁蛋白显著的降低了小鼠体内MDA生成,增强了机体SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活力,饲喂剂量中500 mg/(kg·d)影响效果最显著。松仁蛋白对延缓小鼠衰老有一定作用。Antioxidant effect of pine nut protein was studied through the model of aging mice by D - galactose. 60 SPF male mice were randomly divided into normal control (12) and model set(48 ). After the aging model was es- tablished successfully, according to the MDA level in mice, the male mice were divided into four groups, each group was given different dose pine nut protein. Dfferent antioxidant parameters were measured in serum, liver tissue and kidney tissue from mice. MDA formation were significantly inhibited and SOD, CAT and GSH - Px of blood serum,liver tissue and kidney tissue increased after taking the most significant effect. Pine nut protein pine nut protein in aging mice. The feeding dose (500 mg/( kg · d) ) had could delay mice aging process.
