摘　　要：情绪智力作为一种非传统智力,于20世纪开始流行于全球,随着广泛的流行,它也开始受到了科学的批判。文章系统的介绍了情绪智力的四因素模型,情绪智力的能力测验,以及情绪智力四因素模型的研究应用。Emotional intelligence,as a non-traditional intelligence,has been popular since the 20 th century. With its popularity,it also attracts scientific criticism. The four factors model of emotional intelligence is introduced systematically,along with the information concerning ability test,and the application of this model.
