摘　　要：我国高职院校具有天然的行业性优势和特色,但在职业培训市场中其固有的行业性特点还没有得到充分的发挥;高职院校应当积极拓展行业职业培训市场,立足行业,服务行业,贴紧行业,构建行业性职业培训专业化体系,提升职业培训的核心竞争力。Vocational colleges have natural advantages and unique industrial features. But in the vocational training,its industrial characteristics has not yet been fully exploited. Vocational colleges should actively expand the vocational training market according to the principle of ＂based on industry,to serve industry and close to industry＂. As a result,the specialized industry vocational training system could be constructed,and the core competitiveness of vocational training could be enhanced.
