提高高职院校教师下企业锻炼质量的实践探索——以浙江建设职业技术学院“访问工程师流动站”建设为例

摘　　要：高职院校教师下企业锻炼是建设“双师型”教师队伍的重要途径,也是保证教育教学质量的重要举措。浙江建设职业技术学院针对教师下企业锻炼实际过程中出现的诸如教师参与积极性不高、过程管理流于形式等问题,建立了“访问工程师流动站”,在提高高职院校教师下企业锻炼的质量方面作了有效探索。Corporate exercise is an important way for building a ＂dual--qualification＂ teaching team and assuring the quality of ed- ucation in higher vocational colleges. According to the problems such as the low participation enthusiasm of teachers and the low quality of process management, Zhejiang construction college has established a Visiting Engineer Rover to assure the operational quality for teachers＇ corporate exercise.
