摘　　要：现代大哲方东美对道家哲学的解读可谓独树一帜!这当然同其解读的视野、哲学旨趣有关,亦与其宏阔的哲学背景、独特的诗人气质有关。为了解决道家的绝对价值问题,方东美创造性地提出了超本体论的概念,并在此基础上试图解决人格的超升、价值的实现等问题。他试图通过对老子哲学的重新诠释,尤其通过对老子哲学中的道体、道用、道象、道征之分析,来渐次达成其所追求的人格超升之理论。As an outstanding modern philosopher,Fang Dongmei＇s analysis of Taoism philosophy is unique and supereminent. It is not only based on his vision and purport of study,but also concerned with his depth of philosophy thought and his width of poetic temperament. In order to answer the question of absolute value in the field of Taoism,Fang creatively built the concept of Taoist me- ontology. And Fang also developed the concept for dealing with the questions such as transcendence of personality and achieving of self- value. In his opinion,the corn of Lao Zi＇s philosophy is the cohesion and evolution of Tao ＇s existence,function,symbol and character,which is the way for transcendence of personality.
