论培训中农民工的主体性缺失及其应对

摘　　要：农民工的主体性是指其作为受教育主体的自主性、能动性和创造性。由于在培训中受忽视农民工的个体差异、农民工之间缺乏交流、农民工自主学习能力偏低等因素的影响,农民工缺乏自主性、能动性和创造性。在培训中提升农民工的主体性,需要加强教师和农民工的对话,尊重农民工个体需求,组建学习共同体,培养农民工的主体意识。The subjective of the migrant workers refers to the autonomy,initiative and creativity.On account of the neglect of individual difference,the communication between migrant workers and the low level of independent learning,the migrant workers lack subjectivity,initiative and creativity.In order to improve the subjectivity of the migrant workers,we need to encourage the communication between teachers and workers,respect the individual needs,build a learning community,and to enhance the subject consciousness of them.
