摘　　要：国内外丰富的研究成果对职业能力培养的理论与实践具有一定的借鉴和启发意义。一方面,世界发达国家的职业能力培养模式具有各国的文化特点和优势;另一方面,我国的职业能力培养研究推动了理论与实践的一体化。在对已有研究梳理与总结的基础上,本文提出未来职业能力培养研究的维度、视角和内容趋势,即定位于中观研究维度,基于企业视角,关注职业能力概念的双向扩展、培养主体的多元融合和培养策略的多层次整合。There have been abundant research contribution about cultivation of vocational ability at home and abroad,showing references and inspirations for theory and practice research.On the one hand,cultivation of vocational ability in different developed countries has its cultural tradition and advantages.On the other hand,the research of cultivation of vocational ability in China has promoted the development of theory-practice-integration research.On the basis of the classification and summary of research result,this study put forward the trends,perspective and content of the research of vocational ability cultivation in the future.We should target the middle-view research,based on the perspective of enterprise,pay attention on the bi-directional extension of concept of vocational ability,multi-fusion of cultivation subjects and multi-layer integration of cultivation strategic.
