摘　　要：《资本论》理论的深刻性世所公认,然而目前在世界学术界却处于边缘地位,而肤浅的西方经济学理论却处于主流地位,这是人类思想史上的咄咄怪事。产生这种奇怪现象的社会基础是资本主义生产方式及其"市场拜物教",而其学理原因则是形而上学世界观。《资本论》的立体性理论被纳入到平面化的思想框架中而受到曲解、误读与反对。只有站在完整反映客观现实的新唯物主义哲学立场,才能领悟到《资本论》的真谛,认识到西方经济学理论的肤浅性,而《资本论》则是立足于社会物质的双重结构,对资本主义生产方式进行从本质到现象的全景式解释的深层理论。The profundity of Marx's theory in Capital is well recognized around the world.However,the perversion of reality is that Marx's theory but has been marginalized in the academia while the superficial Western economics becomes the main stream.The social basis of such strange phenomenon is the capitalist mode of production and its market fetishism,while its theoretical basis lies in a metaphysic world view.What happens is that the multi-dimensional theory in Capital has been dragged into a flat framework and then distorted,misunderstood,and opposed.Only from the standpoint of a new materialistic philosophy that reflects reality in its entirety,can we grasp the true meaning of Capital and recognize the superficiality of Western economics,and understand that Capital is a profound theory that offers panoramic explanation of the capitalist mode of production from appearance to essence based on the dual structure of social substance.
