医学本科毕业生基层就业可行性分析与长效机制建立

摘　　要：随着我国医学高等教育的发展和医疗卫生事业改革的进行,医学本科生面向基层就业已是必然趋势,既是国家政策导向所在,同时也是新形势下加强基层医疗卫生改革、解决医学本科毕业生就业难问题的突破口。本文在分析医学本科毕业生基层就业可行性和影响因素基础上,提出建立健全医学本科生基层就业的长效机制的对策:政府加强政策引导、基层医疗机构深化改革、高校完善人才培养模式。三方合作形成多元化、多层次、多维度的合力,从而实现我国医学教育战略重点。With the development of higher medical education and reforming of medical and health industry,grass-roots employment of medical undergraduates is an inevitable trend. It is also the breakthrough to strengthen basic medical and health reform and solve the employment problem of medical undergraduates in China. Based on the analysis of feasibility and influence on grass-roots employment of medical undergraduates, we proposed a countermeasure to establish a long-term mechanism on grass-roots employment of medical undergraduates from three aspects： strengthening the policy guidance of government, deepening the reform of grass-roots medical institutions and perfecting the talent-training pattern of college. They create combined force with diversification,multilayer and multi-dimensional to achieve the strategic focus of higher medical education in our country.
