摘  要:目的:研究果上叶总多酚的体外抗氧化活性。方法:采用总抗氧化能力、OH·清除率、DPPH·清除率来考察果上叶总多酚的体外抗氧化活性。结果:果上叶总多酚总抗氧化能力高于VC,且果上叶总多酚的OH·清除率远高于VC。此外,果上叶总多酚对DPPH·的IC50(22.1μg/m L)与VC(17.6μg/m L)相近。结论:果上叶总多酚是天然的抗氧化活性剂。Objective: To study the antioxidant activity in vitro of total polyphenol from Bulbophyllum odoratissimum(J.E. Smith) Lindl.(BO). Methods: The antioxidant activity in vitro of total polyphenol from BO was evaluated by total antioxidant activity, hydroxyl and DPPH free radical scavenging activity. Results: The results showed that the total antioxidant activity and hydroxyl free radical scavenging activity of total polyphenol from BO were much higher than VC. In addition, the half-maximal inhibitory concentration(IC50) for DPPH free radicals of total polyphenol from BO and VC was similar, which was 22.1 and 17.6μg/m L, respectively. Conclusion: The total polyphenol from BO is an effective and natural antioxidant.
